Office time: 9.00am-6.00pm / 3.00pm-10.00pm
Responsibility:
- Ability to handle customer and to satisfy them with the service policies of the organization.
- Having well manner and good behavior.
- Capable to report to seniors.
- Ability to understand clients needs and present solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer through excellent service and communication.
- Handle customer from website, call and facebook page.
- Provide information and fullfil customer query
- Other’s task from office Requirements.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer office.
- Fluent in native Bangla.
- Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone about products ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Ability to meet the target.
- Handle in bound and out bound calls professionally.
