Experience

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable, Furniture, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Additional Requirements

1-2 years, Should have strong experience in Air Condition, VRF, Chiller Electrical/ Electromechanical Equipment sales in corporate/factory/industry.
Must be target oriented.

Responsibilities:

VRF AC, Chiller and HVAC products selling.
Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels.
Meeting sales target.
Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.

BDT 40,000 plus. (Depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, capacity and capabilities)
Eid bonus, Incentive on sales target.
