Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: FITL is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Sales Executive specializing in Banking Solutions (STR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the banking sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Acquisition & Management:

○ Identify and target potential banking clients in need of our solutions.

○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing banking clients.

○ Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends specific to the banking sector.

● Sales Strategy & Execution:

○ Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to banking clients to achieve sales targets.

○ Present and demonstrate our banking solutions to clients.

○ Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

● Technical Expertise:

○ Maintain a deep understanding of our banking solutions and technological advancements.

○ Provide clients with detailed product information and tailored banking solutions to meet their specific needs.

● Collaboration & Communication:

○ Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

○ Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

● Customer Support:

○ Ensure banking clients receive prompt and efficient support and service.

○ Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the banking industry.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Strong understanding of banking solutions, services, and industry trends.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in a related field.

● Experience with banking software, financial solutions, or IT consulting.

● Established network of contacts within the banking industry.
