Identify and pursue new corporate clients and opportunities within the HVAC market
Conduct regular visits to various sites, including commercial and residential locations, to identify potential HVAC sales opportunities
Stay informed about HVAC products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
Perform on-site assessments to evaluate the HVAC requirements of potential clients
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients to close deals successfully
Maintain detailed records of site visits, client interactions, and potential leads
Work with the overall sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights
Perform any official task as assigned by concerned managing panel
