Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve sales targets for CT and MRI machines as outlined in the monthly and annual business plan.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of CT and MRI machines, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CT and MRI technology.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
- Analyse competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Highlight the unique selling points of CT and MRI machines during presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales deals.
- Ensure that all sales agreements are profitable and align with company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and providing assistance when needed.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the products.
- Adhere to company rules and regulations, including sales policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Travel to various customer locations to conduct sales meetings and presentations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage sales reports, presentations, and documentation efficiently.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
