- Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Air ticket / Visa / Tour Package (any 2).
- Communicate with clients to provide travel services.
- Respond to clients via online & offline channels.
- Create & sell travel itineraries with different travel services.
- Book travel services using offline & online software /channels Keep sales records & report sales information.
- Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by employer.
