Responsibilities & Context
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through polite and professional behavior.
- Work towards achieving individual and outlet sales targets.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Work closely with team members and follow instructions from the Outlet Manager.
- Maintain proper grooming and dress as per brand standards.
- Represent Gentle Park with professionalism and integrity.
