• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Technical Infrastructure, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, E-commerce Startup

Responsibilities & Context

• Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.
• Visit five to seven (5-7) corporate customer in daily.
• Collect respective customer’s valid email and address details for next step digital marketing.
• Gain an understanding of customers’ specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
• Bulk email to customer for company products and solutions.
• Receive customer inquiry and rapid response.
• Positive attitude for emergency support & delivery in customer point.
• Day to day market survey for IT products trends in market.
• Prepare to take challenge to meet KPI.
• Mental prepare to take any others jobs assign by management.
