Responsibilities & Context

• Having a strong network of local sub-agents supplying workers to Middle Eastern countries i.e  Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and others.

• Regularly visit recruiting agencies to promote services and engage in tele-sales with sub-agents.

• Gather & shortlist potential workers’ biodata, shortlisting candidates based on the requirements of foreign recruiters.

• Knowledgeable about work visa applications process for GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar.

• Organize and schedule interviews with foreign delegates for worker recruitment.

• Coordinate with foreign agents and overseas recruiters to facilitate recruitment and visa arrangements.
