Responsibilities & Context
Having a strong network of local sub-agents supplying workers to Middle Eastern countries i.e Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and others.
Regularly visit recruiting agencies to promote services and engage in tele-sales with sub-agents.
Gather & shortlist potential workers’ biodata, shortlisting candidates based on the requirements of foreign recruiters.
Knowledgeable about work visa applications process for GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar.
Organize and schedule interviews with foreign delegates for worker recruitment.
Coordinate with foreign agents and overseas recruiters to facilitate recruitment and visa arrangements.
