Responsibilities & Context

Your Responsibilities in This Role:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and Skill—whether by phone, email, or service platforms.
• Resolve complaints effectively by identifying root causes and delivering tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Record and track all interactions to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.

What We Seek in a Candidate:

• Fluency in English—both written and spoken—to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle calls and emails professionally, even under pressure.
• A diplomatic mindset, capable of bridging different perspectives and serving as a neutral mediator.
• A sharp attention to detail, where accuracy and precision come naturally.
