Responsibilities & Context

The HVAC Sales Officer is responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting HVAC solutions, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers for HVAC products and services.

  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to understand client requirements and provide appropriate HVAC solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare market intelligence reports, sales forecasts, and feedback on product improvements based on customer feedback.

Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC product specifications, installation requirements, and industry standards.

  • Educate and advise customers on HVAC product features, benefits, and applications.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
