Responsibilities & Context
Sales & Target Achievement:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and healthcare providers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and distributors.
- Provide timely updates on products, offers, and promotions.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, products, and trends.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s pharmaceutical products.
- Educate clients about product benefits, usage, and pricing.
Compliance & Coordination:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Bangladeshi pharmaceutical regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
