Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed territory sales targets in alignment with personal and organizational objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and market penetration.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers such as retail buyers, plumbers, contractors, and dealers.
Provide exceptional support, information, and guidance to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Keep customers informed of new offers, product updates, and promotional activities.

Dealer Engagement & Support:

Ensure that all dealers are well-informed about the company’s product offerings, promotions, and support initiatives.
Regularly engage with dealers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.

Sales Activity Monitoring:

Observe and assess ongoing sales activities in the market.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and capitalize on opportunities.

Reporting:

Submit reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) daily, providing insights into the day’s performance and next steps.
