Very good Knowledge of Real estate products
Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensures the team’s monthly sales and revenue target.
Identify the market opportunities for future sales
Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement
Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Ready to work in any situation

Manage House rent, utility bills, land tax, and holding tax for clients.
Land or Flat buy/sale for our respective clients
Looking for new NRB clients to manage their properties and meet sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of personal and corporate Tax returns
In-depth knowledge of land laws, property rights, land use regulations, and real estate legal principles.
Prepare Mutual Deed, Sale Deed, Mortgage Deed, Redemption, and Revocation and register the same with the concerned registering authority, mutation, ensure the payment of Land Development Tax/Local Government/ Ground Rent/ Holding Tax, etc.
Prepare and scrutinize (national/ international) legal documents like Agreements, MOUs, Power of Attorney, Legal notices, opinions, etc.
Any other tasks management assigns.
