Achieve of sales revenue target of the Restaurant.
Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a Restaurant for their needs.
Developing Sales strategies to reach target audiences and achieve company objectives.
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the food and environment of the Restaurant.
Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary.
Monitoring and staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools and technologies.
Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Execution of sales promotions and marketing programs within the given budget
Coordinates catering sales team to achieve catering revenue goals.
Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business
Ability to develop interpersonal relationships within and outside the organization.
