• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new product launches.

Actively approach and engage with customers in-store to promote our products and drive sales.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement creative sales strategies and promotions that maximize product visibility and sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Gather customer feedback on products and report insights to help improve offerings and sales techniques.
Sales Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall sales strategy.
