Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, commercial leasing, or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the local and international business environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Identify and target potential clients, including embassies, expatriate offices, foreign chambers of commerce, and MNCs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals for the Business Center.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate lease terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure a seamless move-in process.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
Expansion of TBC business in other location in Gulshan and Banani.
