Responsibilities & Context
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Promote and sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours.
- Build relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Customer Service & Consultation
- Understand clients’ travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Provide detailed information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Assist clients with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Marketing & Promotion
- Participate in social media promotions and email & whatsapp marketing.
- Attend travel fairs, expos, and networking events.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to boost sales.
Coordination & Documentation
- Work with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for seamless bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Handle payment processing and follow up on invoices.
Target Achievement & Reporting
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and present insights to management.
- Analyze market trends and suggest improvements.
