Additional Requirements

Promote and acquire business for AKIJ Air.
Manage the day-to-day relationship between travel trade partners, including problem solving a range of issues including customer service issues.
Maintain effective relationships with key agents such as high performing and potential travel agencies to achieve the agreed objectives.
Manage all B2B selling operations and activities within a particular territory or zone or industry.
Ensure efficient sales service to agents in accordance with their business requirements, including timely information on product, policies, schemes, schedule and other updates etc.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business, increased market share and sustainable relationships.
Provide timely and actionable market information for ensuring that the revenues remain on track and the management can react effectively to market practices.
Regular market updates to make corrections in the sales planning to increase effectiveness.
Responsible for ensuring a wide spread market coverage and distribution network of the agents, by identifying potential agents.
Be competent to handle different agents & impart precise knowledge to agents.
Any other task assigned by the management.
