Job Context:

Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh(DZN Labels Ltd) is a 100% Turkish-owned garments accessories manufacturing company.

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to expand our business in the Chittagong region. The ideal candidate must be a local resident of Chittagong with a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development. This role requires an individual contributor who can independently build relationships, close deals, and grow the company’s market presence in Chittagong.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Chittagong region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with garment factories, buyers, and sourcing offices.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order terms to close deals.
• Ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery by coordinating with internal teams.

Market Research & Client Engagement:

• Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends to stay ahead.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market demands, and product improvements.
• Regularly visit clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities to expand market reach.
