Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial/leadership experience.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the healthcare, home care, or startup industry.
  • Strong understanding of the home healthcare market in Bangladesh and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bengali.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, corporate clients, and individual customers.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent NAC No Chinta at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
