Responsibilities & Context
- We are looking for candidates who has work experience in Calibration Laboratory or Environmental Laboratory will get preference.
- Should have basic knowledge on ISO17020, ISO17021 & ISO17025 requirements.
- Good knowledge with different sector of clients.
- Have good sound level to manage clients.
- Maintain and Update customer database in different sectors.
- Should have a plan to achieve monthly target.
- Attend customer meeting.
- Frequently visit clients.
- Call or Email to client as a daily duty.
- Regular follow up client requirements.
- Should maintain a customer feedback data base.
