Responsibilities & Context

This is a full-time role based in Real Estate. The Sales Manager will be responsible for all businesses in real estate whilst managing the sales team under his/ her leadership, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. He/ she will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing, understanding and interpreting market trends thereby forecasting the business and generating sales in keeping with the company strategic objectives.

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth by retaining existing business and penetrating new orders and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and promote business expansion.
  • Lead efforts in business development, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Accurately forecast sales orders and material needs to meet customer demand in executing the orders.
  • Preparation of appropriate business reports on potential vs performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of sales achievements and material forecast.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Partner with the Product Development team to develop products as customer needs.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely production and delivery of orders.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to manage payment collections and resolve any related issues.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing pricing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Vendor Sales for strategic decision-making.
