Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
Identify and target new market opportunities to expand customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing product knowledge.
