Supervise and guide Sales Officers and Territory Sales Officers to optimize performance and drive results.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports for management.
Support marketing campaigns and product launches, collaborating with the marketing team for maximum impact.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
