Minimum 3-5 years of experience on similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical industry engaged with Animal Health Care Product (Medicine & Vaccine) Sale.
Wide travel across the country is required.
Must have computer knowledge (MS word, MS excel & power point).
Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
Ability to handle pressure.
Highly motivated and willing to take challenges

Responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company and motivating the sales team to achieve the best results as per target fixed monthly & annually.
Prepare monthly sales activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team and formulating strategies and establishing objectives to meet the sales target.
Prepare product wise forecasting according to market demand and maintain.
Prepare sales and marketing policy and after sales service policy according to market demand.
Conduct regular market visits to check market coverage and competitors’ activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Properly handle the credit status of every customer.
Prepare and achieve sales budget.
Conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective action as required.
