As a dynamic and growth-oriented organization, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager (B2B) to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Role Description:
The Sales Manager (B2B) will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s revenue growth by generating new sales channels, expanding the client base, and ensuring sustainable profit margins.
The individual will be responsible for developing effective pricing strategies and achieving consistent sales growth in alignment with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Channel Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities to generate additional sales channels.Build strong networks and partnerships within the B2B industry.
- Client Management: Identify and prospect potential clients in both local and international markets.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Pricing Strategy & Profit Generation: Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies. Optimize pricing policies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Strategize and execute plans to achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.Monitor sales performance and generate periodic sales forecasts and reports.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.Ensure timely follow-up on contracts and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer demands.Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market findings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.Provide sales feedback to improve product offerings and operational efficiency.
