Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our organization competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the enterprise software market segment.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with company objectives and deliver value to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies and differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management, highlighting key wins, challenges, and opportunities.
