  • Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and initiative to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and productivity tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Below the Line (BTL) industry.

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including advertising agencies, marketing firms, and corporate clients,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies,
  • Mentor, train, and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
