Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 05 (five) years of sales experience in Renewable Energy Power System, especially Solar Power
  • Solar project management experience and capability
  • An MBA degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
  • Possess adequate knowledge of electric power generation and distribution system
  • Demonstrates strong leadership quality, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Exhibits strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates the capability of motivating and inspiring a sales team.

To strengthen our sales force and diversify/explore business opportunities, we are looking for a dynamic team leader in the following position:

Job Location: Dhaka (Ready to be traveled to anywhere in Bangladesh/Overseas)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing new market segments and clients to expand the company’s presence and influence in Renewable Energy, especially Solar Power industry in Bangladesh
  • To develop and execute strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Solar Power System.
  • To prepare appropriate marketing materials and promotional plan to increase sales and effectively promote power system control and switchgear products.
  • To monitor market conditions, competitor products, and pricing trends, adjusting strategies to maximize sales annually.
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers, comprehending their requirements, and delivering value-added solutions.
  • To maintain comprehensive records of customer contacts, sales calls, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making and accountability.
  • Attending relevant government and non-government tenders
  • Collaborating with all internally and externally to achieve company business goals.
  • To oversee sales forecasting and compile weekly reports for strategic decision-making, providing insights for effective planning.
  • To travel locally and regionally to meet customers, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
