Job Location: Barishal & Chitagong Division (Chandpur)

Responsibilities:

Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.

Find out the error & mismatch (If any) of DN & invoice and process for correction & completion.
Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, HR, Store & plant for all related issues.
Communicate & deliver report to the related people.
Motivate Team Members to ensure productivity & Sales target
Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors’ warehouses, on a regular basis.
Ensure close monitoring of distributor’s business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
Prepare various reports on the performance of the products regularly.
Carry out different type of analysis like profitability analysis and sales trend analysis
Prepare accurate Product reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to the management team. Your analytical abilities will assist in making data-driven decisions and driving future growth.
Expand our company’s reach by actively participating in industry events and networking opportunities. Your presence and professional networking skills will contribute to enhancing our corporate brand image.
Prepare and submitting assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
