Additional Requirements

Develops and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution of corporate objectives for products and services.
Motivate and inspire sales team to get the work done
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
Develop new customer channels to maximize the revenue.
Maintain close relationship with chemists, farmers, DVM’s and other stake holders.
Motivate chemists & prospective customers for establishing new farms.
Arrange technical/training sessions & seminars for different chemists & farmers in consultation with top management.
Do credit administration as per company policy.
Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.
Promote GreenHill’s product to different stakeholders in assigned territory.
Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.
Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
