  • Successful previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Be able to work hard, be proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good command in English.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Experience Requirements:

  • 03 to 06 years’ experience in related field.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):FMCG, Online Retail Startup.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

  • Ena Food & Beverage limited some experienced Sales Manager (SM) for bulk sale of high-quality rice. The selected person will serve in different geographical locations of the country.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Have to capability to sell in Bulk.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successful rice sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Use extensive knowledge of products, especially rice, to drive sales growth and market penetration.
  • Lead and manage a field sales team within assigned cluster, region or territory, providing guidance, support and motivation to achieve sales objectives
  • Confirming the order of rice from the market.
  • Ensuring collection from parties.
  • Conduct Market survey and develop domestic market.
  • Prepare various report and set the targets and plans.
  • Visiting customers and potential customers to identify needs or promote products and services and develop solutions.
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors, retailers and other stakeholders to increase brand visibility and accessibility.
  • Communicating with supervisors and giving orders to head office.
