• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and distribution plans
• Lead and manage sales teams to meet company targets
• Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer/distributor networks
• Monitor competitor activities and report market trends
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and distribution departments
• Ensure territory-based performance and client satisfaction
