Responsibilities & Context
- Collaborate with the executive team in developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Train & motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Visit the local market for creating new opportunities.
- Maintain & develop a good relationship with customers/feed sellers/retailers through personal contact.
- Monitor online sales of agro products.
- Should have practical knowledge of different types of poultry feed, cattle feed, fish feed etc.
- Evaluate daily, monthly, weekly, and yearly sales reports.
- Should have the personal capacity and technical knowledge of handling the various customers in the market.
- Developing strategies to boost brand reputation.
- Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
