Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Officer who have worked in the outlets of the FMCG sector. Sales officer duties will include appointment of new distributors, hitting annual targets, building relationships with distributor & retailer, expand uncovered outlets/areas and understanding customer trends.

Job Responsibilities:

Achieving Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target.
Create new retailer as well as expand uncovered areas.
Monitor and manage/handle distributor function such as stock, delivery, market return, credit and take action based on finding.
Analyze the Monthly Target Vs achievement (Brand and SKU wise), Distributor Stock, Credit & Over Due report & take necessary action based on findings.
Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and submit to the supervisor or line manager timely.
Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
