Responsibilities & Context

A Sales Officer is a professional responsible for driving sales growth within a company. They set annual sales goals, develop strategies to find new prospects, and convert them into paying customers. As a Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Associates to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales prospects through methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
• Client Meetings: Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
• Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
• Stock Management: Ensure product availability for sales and demonstrations.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Deal Negotiation and Closure: Skillfully negotiate and close deals, handling any complaints or objections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve better results.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and prospects to improve offerings.
