Responsibilities & Context

  • Set & Achieve Targeted Business Metrics: Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales targets. Explore & Onboard new Franchisees as per target.
  • Visit Franchisee Stores as per plan.
  • Coordinate with concerned for offer/Marketing for catchment communication & Visual Merchandise for In-store visibility.
  • Work with Franchisee for store’s sales revenue & profitability enhancements as per plan.
  • Ensure stock availability by category-wise & store wise and coordinate with the product management team.
  • Daily Monitoring of Business targets.
  • Formulate Instore Promotions.
  • Monthly Training Calendar for Franchisee Floor Staff.
