Additional Requirements

Drive Corporate, Government and Institutional Tender business through uPVC, CPVC, PPR, HDPE and such products.
Work at all Government, Semi government and Autonomous Body such as DPHE, WASA, BADC, BMDA, LGED, PWD, BWDB & National and International NGO’s of existing area who deals with uPVC, CPVC, PPR, HDPE and such products.
Communicate with high officials, project engineers, project directors etc. for sales purpose.
Ensure planning to achieve monthly and yearly sales target of Institutional Sales.
Conduct market research to identity selling possibilities and evaluate different customer needs.
Develop strong relationships internally with clients / contractors of relevant field.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on products and services.
Ensure the ability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Coordinate material quotes as requested by customers.
Ensure target, growth, contribution and productivity management in institutional sales.
Develop plan and strategy for establishing new product/ product line in institutional sales.
Maintain a safe, clean and pleasant work environment.
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
