Responsibilities & Context
- Achieving monthly and goal-based targets for products.
- Ensuring standard sales calls to dealers/sub-dealers.
- Providing daily report to head office and supervisor.
- Ensuring implementation of new sales policies and promotional/advertising activities.
- Distributing leaflets in educational institutions, markets, religious institutions, corporate houses.
- Maintaining nice and clean environment at the outlet.
- To verify the solvency of the customer and the legal status of the guarantor before selling credit.
- Collecting product related service comments from customers, analyzing customer service issues quickly and especially assisting customer service department for product replacement.
