Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social science or any related fields.
  • NSU, AIUB, IUB, East West, BRAC University Students (Male & Female) are encouraged to apply.

  • Smart looking , presentable, go-getter, bi-lingual ( Bangla & English) Fresh graduates from top-notch private universities having natural flair and penchant for sales job.·
  • No prior experience required but 2 to 3 years’ on-job experience will be an added advantage.·
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for both Bangla & English are essential with good presentation & negotiations skills to close a deal.
  • A pleasant personality who can build and maintain relationships with corporate clienteles .
  • Ability to understand the customer’s needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Proactive, self-propelled hard working who can work with minimal supervision and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics, understand customer’s pulse & preferences.

  • This is a target driven position and incumbents are expected to discharge the following-·
  • Prospect and identify potential customers in the target market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about various water filter and Air Purifier products existing in the market.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
  • Generate sales reports, referrals and provide feedback to the line manager.
  • Build and maintain a database of customer contacts for future sales opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to promote the company’s water /Air purifiers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain awareness of pricing and product availability.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
