Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets·
- Identify and acquire new clients and retailers.·
- Expand sales coverage to previously uncovered areas, ensuring market penetration.·
- Oversee and manage distributor functions to optimize distribution efficiency.·
- Appoint and onboard new distributors in uncovered areas to increase market reach.·
- Regularly analyze monthly sales targets, distributor stock levels, credit status, and overdue reports.·
- Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities.·
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.·
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or line management as required.
