Responsibilities & Context

1.Retail Base Order Collection & Brand Promotion

• Develop strong relationships with retailers and ensure smooth order collection.
• Actively promote the brand and educate retailers about product benefits.

2.Software-Based Attendance & Order Submission

• Ensure daily attendance through the assigned software or system. Accurately submit orders using the provided digital platform.

3.Timely Daily Market Reporting

• Submit daily market visit reports within the specified timeline.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and challenges.

4.Achieving Daily Monthly Sales Target

• Plan and execute Strategies to meet sales target.
• Follow up on orders deliveries, Payments to ensure business growth.

5.Retail Relationship Management.

• Maintain Regular communication with retailers to strengthen business ties.

6.Market Expansion & New outlet acquisition

• Identify onboard new retail outlets to expand market coverage.
• Work on increasing product penetration in assign territories.
