Assist customers in selecting and purchasing medications, healthcare products, and supplies
Provide information about product usage, dosage, and potential side effects
Promote selling of complementary products (e.g., vitamins, skincare, hygiene products)
Understand product ingredients, benefits, and appropriate use to effectively educate and guide customers
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and new product requests
Assist in managing stock levels, checking expiry dates, and ensuring proper inventory turnover
Organize and restock shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed and priced
Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and inventory levels
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the pharmacy
Help increase the pharmacy’s revenue by suggesting products based on customer needs and prescriptions
Build relationships with regular customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business
Regularly check the short-dated products & remove the expired products from the shelves
