Swadesh BD International Limited (A Sister Concern of Swadesh BD USA Inc.) a food & beverage manufacturing company in Bangladesh having proven records of business experience in the USA for two decades looking for Sales Representative (SR)/ Territory Sales Manager for Khulna/ Dhaka. The person will be responsible for generating Sales & Dealership for the Company.

The Company looking for Smart & energetic Sales Representative (SR)/ Territory Sales Manager for Khulna/ Dhaka Office.

Territory Sales Manager should be capable to handle & manage own territory dealership Management.

Job Description / Responsibility:

For SR (Sales Representative):

Daily Marketing Visit

Sales Create

Sales Order

Delivery & Collections

Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Authority from time to time.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

For Territory Sales Manager:

Set up in Own territory Dealer selection as per policy

To setup distribution network and sales force

Supervise field forces through field visits, observation and measurement of results and monitor daily activities of field force

Monitoring, supervising, & training the sales force in its own territory.

Reviewing their own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Monitoring competitor‘s activities & reporting accordingly.

Ensuring promotional activities are executed accordingly.

Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.

Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.

Prepare annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand.

Any other job assigned by the management.
