Fresh Diploma/graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
0–1 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales/Marketing/Service will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
Visit potential customers regularly and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital authorities, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales successfully.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
Coordinate product installation, commissioning, and basic user training.
Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when required.
Maintain service reports, customer visit reports, and sales records.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Work closely with the management and technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
