  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the sales and servicing of medical equipment, preferably in Radiology, Pathology, and Nephrology products.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, business development, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sound decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer relationship management and after-sales service orientation.
  • Good knowledge of medical equipment, product applications, and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, confident, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh for sales and customer support activities.

Responsibilities & Context

We are a leading provider of medical diagnostic solutions in Bangladesh. We are seeking a technically competent, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales & Service Engineer to manage our specialized portfolio of Laboratory Equipment, Blood Bank Solutions, Radiology Equipment & Printers, and Dialysis (Nephrology) Equipment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business development skills to drive sales growth while ensuring excellent installation, maintenance, and after-sales service for our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, dialysis centers, and research laboratories, to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Technical Installation: Install, commission, configure, and validate Laboratory Analyzers, Blood Bank Equipment, Radiology Equipment & Printers, and Nephrology Equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of hardware and software to ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Demonstration & Training: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on training for Pathologists, Radiologists, Nephrologists, Laboratory Technologists, Biomedical Engineers, and end users.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and provide prompt, professional after-sales service and technical support.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and new technologies in the Radiology, Pathology, Laboratory, Blood Bank, and Nephrology segments, and submit regular reports to management.
