1.Sales support tasks

Sales Coordination & Order Processing

Process customer orders, create new customer codes and follow up on quote approvals
Convert quotes to jobs (raising job bags, printing job bags)
Maintain records of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. (Managing LSD folders/contracts)
Liaise with the production team to confirm order feasibility and delivery timelines.
Track order status and update the sales team and customers accordingly.
Contact existing clients & update diary notes regularly as part of the customer care program.
Assist in NCR/makegood process
Assist in generating sales reports

Customer Communication & Support

Handle customer inquiries
Follow up on pending payments and assist in maintaining good customer relationships (Work with the finance team to ensure proper billing and payment tracking.)
