Responsibilities & Context
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide information about products or services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Demonstration: Showcase products or services to potential buyers, explaining features, benefits, and uses.v Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas by closing deals and upselling when appropriate.
Market Research: Stay informed about the market, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies.
Order Processing: Help customers place orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure the timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Sales Reports: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, such as marketing and customer service, to provide seamless customer experiences.
Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Promotional Activities: Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers to drive sales.
